Information clause for the complaint channel

 
ROBAMA will be responsible for processing your personal data for the purpose of managing, investigating, and responding, as appropriate, to incidents and inquiries submitted through the ROBAMA Whistleblowing Channel. Access to your personal data is limited to those who perform functions associated with the aforementioned purposes and in accordance with the regulations established for said Channel.

Your personal data, as well as any other information provided, will be treated confidentially for the purpose of processing your report and will not be communicated to the person to whom the incidents relate or to any third party, except as required by law, when necessary for the processing of any applicable legal proceedings. International transfers of data to third countries are also prohibited.

The legal basis for this processing is compliance with legal obligations arising from Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory violations and the fight against corruption.

The data will be processed for the purposes indicated for a period of three months, for investigation in accordance with current regulations, unless necessary for ROBAMA to obtain evidence of the functioning of its crime prevention model.

At any time, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and portability with respect to the personal data you have provided by sending a letter to the address indicated, or by email to info@robama.com.

You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es), especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
